Deadline for Nominations is January 7, 2023. Elections will be held by electronic vote. New Board
Members will be announced and welcomed during our Annual Meeting February 18, 2023.
Vice–President
The Vice-President shall be a Trustee and hold a term of two years or until their successor has been
identified. He/She shall co-preside at all meetings of the Members and of the Board of Trustees.
Along with the President, the Vice-President is subject to directions from the Board of Trustees. In
absence of the President, the Vice-President shall have general supervision over the affairs of the
Corporation, execute all authorized deeds, mortgages, contracts, finances, and other obligations in
the name of the Corporation, and shall have such other authority and shall perform such other duties
as may be determined by the Board of Trustees.
Treasurer
The Treasurer shall be a Trustee and hold a term for two years or until their successor has been
identified. He/She shall keep accurate financial accounts and shall hold the same open for inspection
and examination by the Trustees, shall prepare or cause to be prepared a full report concerning the
finances of the Corporation presented at each annual organizational meeting of the Board of
Trustees, and shall have such authority and shall perform such other duties as may be determined by
the Board of Trustees or President.
Trustee (Four Openings)
The Trustee is a voting, active participant of the Board. The Board of Trustees shall have general
supervision and charge of the property, affairs, and finances of the Corporation, accordingly, will
provide a full report concerning the affairs of the Corporation to the Members at the Annual Meeting.
The Trustee shall perform duties as may be determined by the Board or the President. A Trustee
shall hold a term of two years or until his or her successor has been elected and qualified.
Expectations: As member of the TRIO board, the expectation is to be available for monthly board
meetings, and participate on a subcommittee (membership, marketing/communications, education,
fundraising/events) which may require additional meetings. It is also expected that board members
attend all TRIO events and educational opportunities
